This page describes what happens to information you give us through this website. We keep it short because the site itself does very little: it collects quote requests and email signups, nothing more.
What we collect
When you request a quote, we collect what you enter in the form: name, email, phone, company, event details, and any message you add. Fields marked optional are optional.
If you join our email list, we collect the email address you provide.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your inquiry and to let you know when Departure Boards or other offerings become available. We don't use it for anything else.
Where it's stored
Form submissions and email addresses are stored with our hosting provider, Amazon Web Services, in the United States.
What we don't do
We don't sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.
We don't run advertising trackers.
The site uses Google Analytics to understand which pages people visit. Analytics sets measurement cookies. We don't run advertising, don't use the data for ads, and don't sell it.
How long we keep it
We keep quote-request information for as long as it's useful for responding to you and planning your event, and email addresses for as long as you stay on the list. If you'd like anything deleted sooner, ask.
Your choices
Email hello@tccboards.com to be removed from the email list or to have your information deleted. We'll take care of it.
