The Charcuterie Company

Our Story

Anyone can buy good cheese. The hard part is knowing what belongs next to it — which fruit, what kind of honey, when to stop adding things.

That's the work we do. Not access to meat and cheese, but curation: fewer, better things, chosen because they sit well together.

Three cheese wedges on marble — a soft-rind brie, an aged manchego, and an orange cheddar — with a cheese knife beside them
Rosettes of folded prosciutto and a fan of sliced salami on a dark surface
Hands arranging grapes onto a walnut board on a stainless prep counter in a commercial kitchen

Every order is prepared in a commercial kitchen and delivered arranged, ready to serve. Nothing to assemble, nothing to fix before guests arrive.

Selection

Fewer, better things, chosen to sit well together.

Presentation

A board should look composed before the first guest reaches it.

Consistency

The tenth order looks like the first.
