Quotes and orders
A quote or estimate we send in response to your inquiry is not a confirmed order. An order is confirmed only once both sides have agreed to it in writing.
Dates, selections, and delivery windows are offered in good faith but aren't guaranteed until we've confirmed them with you directly.
